There are several filters on the results page that can help the Operator narrow down the providers that work best for them. They can filter by best value, best quality, preferred, verified.
One of the easiest ways to move up the list of service providers at a location is to have quick acceptance times for service requests made by operators. Since this is a mobile first app, you can easily accept your service requests on the move. These requests will show up in the Requests-Pending section of the app and will move to the Requests-Accepted section of the app when you accept the service request. Our algorithms give a heavy weightage to this metric.
Ensure that your rate cards are kept valid. The AvPlat system will not show your services in the Marketplace if your rate cards are not valid as on the date of flight. The only exception is for Fuel Listings, which would be displayed in the Marketplace as long they are valid as on date of trip activation.
Try to keep your Declines to a minimum. For example, If you are declining due to short notice, reach out to the operator via Messenger to see if the schedule can be postponed.
