Each Service Listing/Fee entered by a Service Provider includes a Valid To date. The AvPlat Platform automatically picks only those listings which are valid for the duration of your trip.

As long as your trip is completed before the Valid To date, the price you are offered at the time of trip activation or service confirmation will be the price you pay.

If as a result of a change in your trip parameters, a particular Service Listing/Fee is no longer valid, you would be notified and you could accept the revised Listing or select another Listing.

Only for Fuel Listings, due to the frequent changes in fuel prices (on a daily, weekly or monthly basis), the fuel price available in the system as on the date of flight activation is used in the estimate. You would be invoiced based on the fuel price prevailing on the date of flight.
