Setup Multi-location Rate Cards Easily.


Setting up your rates for multiple locations is simple with AvPlat. Moreover, updating them becomes a breeze once you've set them up. For instance, if you provide handling at 10 airports, then you can update your pricing for all the 10 airports all at once - how cool is that? Let us show you how. 

Start — Navigate To Setup.


Open the side-menu. Select Setup. Enter your PIN or Generate a New PIN (if asked). Hit Continue.


Begin Setup — Choose Your Service.


Choose the service you provide. Hit the "+" Icon to create a new rate card. Choose Basic Setup. Make sure your Rate Cards validity is correctly set.


Now — Choose All Your Locations


In Basic Setup, click on Add Stations. Search and find all the stations where this rate applies. You can search by City Name, Airport Name, ICAO Code or IATA Code. Once you have found and selected all the locations, click Add.


Finally — Complete Price Setup And Save.


Complete the rest of the Basic Setup, and move to Price Setup. Add your rates, hit Save, and viola! Your multiple locations are live.
