You will manage Service Fulfilment in the TRIPS menu of the app.
You would start work on your Service Fulfilment only in the TRIPS - Upcoming workflow phase. You would be alerted by a Notification.

As the Trip moves from ‘Upcoming’ to ‘In Progress’ to ‘Completed’, you would be prompted to do a series of Action Items, and relevant notifications would be shared with the Operators. Reciprocally, Operators would also do action items and you would be notified appropriately.
All documents are automatically updated, kept in sync and made available to appropriate service providers.
As a Service Provider, you just read the Notification Messages and do a series of Action Items pertaining to the phase of flight. As long as this is done, you will have a smooth and hassle free trip.
