How do Service Providers accept Service Requests?
All your service requests will appear as Notifications in your App and as Email Notifications, if you have enabled this feature in your Profile-Privacy page.
You can view and manage your Service Requests by clicking on the ‘REQUESTS’ menu of the app.
All incoming service requests are categorised under ‘Pending’.
If you accept a request, it will be moved to ‘Accepted’.
If you decline a request, it will be moved to ‘Declined’.
If the Service User cancels a service request, then it will be moved to ‘Cancelled’
