1. You receive your Service Request in the REQUESTS menu of the app. You can either ACCEPT or DECLINE a request.
  2. You manage Service Fulfilment in the TRIPS menu of the app.
  3. You start work on your Service Request fulfilment only in the TRIPS - Upcoming workflow phase. You would be alerted by a Notification.
  4. As the Trip moves from ‘Upcoming’ to ‘In Progress’ to ‘Completed’, you complete the appropriate Action Items. Relevant Action Items done by other stakeholders will be displayed to you as Notifications.
