1. After you activate your trip, your Trip ID is generated and your Trip moves to the Trips-Pending phase. All your selected service providers are notified.
  2. Once all service providers accept the service requests, your Trip moves to Trips – Upcoming phase.
  3. Even if one service provider declines a service request, you Trip would move to Trips-Declined phase, and you will be prompted to select another provider to fulfil the particular service element, whereupon it would again move back to Trips-Pending phase, before moving to Trips-Upcoming phase, upon service provider acceptance. For short notice trip activations (less than 3 hours), if any service provider declines, the platform would only allow you to select the Self Service option to progress the Trip to the Trips-Upcoming phase, as there would not be enough time for another service provider’s acceptance
  4. Your Trip moves to Trips - In Progress phase 3 hours before the ETD.
  5. Finally, your Trip would move to Trips-Completed phase or if cancelled, to the Trips-Cancelled phase.
  6. Based on the Trip phase, you would be prompted to do a series of Action Items, and relevant service providers requiring those action items would be notified. Reciprocally, service providers would also do action items and you would be notified appropriately.
  7. You can do any number of changes to the trip, and all changes are automatically notified to the appropriate service providers. All documents are automatically updated, kept in sync and made available to appropriate service providers.
  8. As an Operator, you just respond to the Notification Messages and do a series of Action Items pertaining to the phase of flight. As long as this is done, you will have a smooth and hassle free trip.
